@tpaul6358 : For that you need to order Itemised Billing @ £2.50 pm from CS. It is not retrospective but will start on your next bill after you order it.
To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband or Option 2 for Home Broadband & Home Phone

Itemised billing is charged at £2.50 per month and cannot be applied retrospectively. If you have the service active, you can download those bills from your myEE online account.

In the absence of having itemised billing in place at the time, You could submit a Subject Access Request (SAR) by using the online GDPR Form. That should include outgoing calls & texts. It normally takes up to a month but could take up to 3 months.
