I need an itemised bill for august 2024

If you had chargeable itemised billing enabled at the relevant time, then that bill is available for download from your myEE online account.

If you did not, then you cannot obtain what you require. Applying it now would not be retrospective, your myEE account will show your bill but it won't be itemised.

Welcome to the EE Community


Itemised billing is a chargeable add-on that will itemise your free calls and texts on your bill. If you did already have it active during October you should be able to login and download the itemised billing. However if you did not have the add-on active it is not possible to backdate the itemisation for an older bill. You would only be able to add it moving forward for future bills.
