£7 Paired watch plan not includes in my All rounder plan

I upgraded to All Rounder plan last week and set up a new Apple watch ultra (apple watch not bought from EE )paired watch sim which £7 per month. And I mentioned that EE website shows "Select the £7 per month paired watch SIM, as this is included in your Essentials Plus, All Rounder, or Full Works plan for those bought after 29 August 2024. 100% discount will be applied to this paired watch SIM within 24-48 hours"

Until now I haven't received the 100% discount text yet and checked my next bill, the paired watch plan will charge me £12.36????

I called 150 today, they checked my account and said All Rounder plan does not includes £7 paired watch plan. 

What can I do for the next? Does that mean your website give wrong information or fake deal?

I am sorry to hear you are having an issue with your watch plan discount. The reason it will be showing £12.36 currently is due to part charges with the watch plan being added part way through the month. But what the website says is correct, our All Rounder plans available after 29th August do come with free unlimited watch data, so it is only older All Rounder plans which would not get the watch plan included.

If you visit the add-ons section for your watch is no discount add-on showing there? Was it just via the website you had upgraded? As long as you are on an eligible plan a guide would be able to add the discount manually for you if it has not been applied automatically.

Hi Alex, 

Thanks for your reply. I have been to the EE London Edgware branch today and showed website’s information to staffs. They said they never heard about the deal, they can do nothing to help. Then I had to call 150 complaints team, they said the watch plan should been included in All rounder, due to technical issues I can do nothing but waiting.

Well let’s see what happens next.

@NeilFG I am sorry that you have been having trouble with guides not knowing about the watch data offer on All Rounder plans. If you are now speaking to our complaints team I am confident they will be able to get it resolved for you. Thanks for providing an update.
