Have been trying to leave via manage products, I select I do not want to keep current number on the watch plan. It then sends a verification one time pin to the number associated with the watch, which I have never used on a mobile. I cannot receive this pin as the watch does not get the code, I have never had a phone with that number and the number I currently have is my 2 factor. Why does it not go to that number.

You would have to ring customer service to cancel the watch contract.

@alexdibble17 It goes to the watch as that’s the line you are wanting to terminate.
