Contacted EE Tech Support and they stupidly told me to switch off the primary SIM on my new iPhone, despite me repeatedly asking if that was the correct thing to do. Surprise surprise our call got cut off and now I cannot call 150 or contact them as I have no phone signal and my SIM is deactivated. I need a Live Chat link but no idea how to contact them. Please help urgently

Are you using physical SIM or electronic SIM?
If a physical SIM, is it still physically within the phone?
