@annamink   Your bill doesn’t include out of allowance charges.   If you a call a premium rate number and any number that has a service charge you’ll be billed for them.  MMS are also chargeable.  

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

MMS are charged how?? It's meant to be included

@annamink  MMS (picture message) have always been charged.    73p per mms 

Your tariff is text/calls/data.    MMS are not texts.  Texts are only 160 characters, including blank spaces and if that texts goes over 160 characters it could go as an MMS and anything over ( I believe 4 ) to more that one recipient will go as a MMS.

Text messages should be fine to send over 160 characters, but iPhones do work differently from Android with these - it can also depend on the content of the message. Are you using iOS or Android?
