I have cancelled my direct debits

I have cancelled my direct debits, and need to inform you of a new account for them to be paid from. Where and how do I do this? Emails seem to be 'no reply'.

Post moved to a dedicated thread. EE don't have an email address for CS, so it would be interesting to know who you think you've been emailing!

You can amend direct debit details via your myEE online account - https://ee.co.uk/help/billing-payments/payment-methods/how-to-change-ee-direct-debit-details-or-date

@MonnyR : You shouldn't have cancelled your DD. You should've changed it yourself in your EE a/c. You can change your bank details under Bills & Payments > Manage Direct Debit.

Hi @MonnyR

EE will likely text you becase they will receive a notification that the DD is cancelled. If your bill is due and you default this may impact your credit file and therefore it is important you contact EE on 150 or follow the links posted.
