I can't upgrade with discount?

Hi it took me forever to get my nhs perks code and now i got them they don't work on any of the checkouts and before i go to checkout it gos straight to payment no other place to put code.

I even generated another code just to see but still doesn't do. If i don't get the discount it's too much a month for 25GB and i'll go to other provider. And theres no other discount on this plan preventing a code to be used.

Good morning @Omanuel94, welcome back to the EE Community!

From what I can see here you shouldn't have any issues adding a discount to this plan, as I don't believe it has any other discounts applied to it. 

Have you had a chance to try this through the browser version of your account or on a different device?
