I have purchased a new phone and contract with a different company. I am not out of contract with EE yet.
I would like to keep my number and port it to my new phone/contract and keep the current EE contract and get a new number.
Is this possible, and if so, how?
Thanks

Hi @CD78 Just following on from the great advice from @bristolian If you did want to request your PAC while in contract, you'd just need to give our disconnections team a call on 150 from an EE phone, then select options 1, 4 then 2.
The disconnections guide will let you know what the fee to leave early is and if you'd like to go ahead, they can issue the PAC there and then.
You'd not be able to keep the line active with us and move your number to another network though, so if you did leave, the buy out fee would need to be agreed.

Porting your number out using a PAC auto-cancels your existing contract and early-termination charges will apply if you do so within your minimum term.
