Adding a second only sim only account

Hello

At the moment I have a monthly contract sim only account. I would like to add another sim only account for my teenager. There is a £10/month deal. Though are there cheaper options? They would only be using a few gb of data per month. And the sim could be PAYG. (And if I can, sharing my data would be fine too).

If the SIM is PAYG, you get no data gifting with it. That's only for contracts under the same EE Family A/c.
