Hi,  I upgraded at the end of September to the latest iPhone on an all rounder plan.  I’ve been on the same plan for years where i can usually upgrade anytime, after 12 months no fee. Is it true that they have scrapped the whole upgrade anytime thing? If so then that is shocking.

Hi @ElliotDean98  It's great news that you've upgraded your contract recently.

I'd recommend getting in touch with our customer service team by dialling 150 from your EE phone, they can get access to your account and give you more specific information.
