Earlier this year I swapped a BT broadband and BT Mobile accounts over to EE - no problem there other than I cannot 'see' the mobile account at all either on a laptop or on the app.
I have called EE, they had a look and said that I needed to go into a branch and they could do it - but no they cant.
The EE system knows that the two accounts are linked as I get the mobile for the reduced £13/month but what ever we did, they couldn't link them either. Then today, I purchased a second mobile phone sim and guess what - I cant see that either!!
The layout of my App appears to be different as there are no tabs for Broadband and mobile upon which I press either to view either as in the MANAGE section, mobile&sims is still highlighted as "get".
If I try to link accounts via the app I get the attached error message
I cannot run three accounts with only visibility of one as that just obsurd
