Hi I can’t seem to setup a direct debit for my mobile phone bill would love this help with this please

You can set up your bank details under Bills & Payments > Manage Direct Debit.

That's only useful if you actually have a Direct Debit set up already... OP was can't set up a Direct Debit. I can't either... tried numerous browsers, EE app etc etc. Sure you can dial 150 and wait for ages on a phone call to be connected, or EE could fix the system so you can add a direct debit online is around 40 seconds?
