I can’t seem to get on to get a monthly phone on contract iut

I’m want to get a phone on monthly contract but it keeps telling me to link my BROADBAND and /or number but I don’t have any of them on EE, and it won’t let me look other wise

@Morgan116 : Logout of (or don't login to) your MyEE before going to the EE Shop to buy an EE mobile phone or SIM contract. It expects you to already have an EE mobile phone or SIM contract.
