I want to change the debit card because i have a problem with that i registered here.

@Shima2  You can change it via your online EE account. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

If you're setting up a DD you don't use your debit card but your bank a/c details which have probably not changed while you got a new debit card.

You can change your bank details under Bills & Payments > Manage Direct Debit.
