I purchased a Samsung S22 from you, but i am not happy with the phone and would like to buy a diffrent model, how can i do that?

Purchases made over online or telesales methods come with a statutory 14days "change of mind" right of return, details are on https://ee.co.uk/help/orders/how-to-return-a-product-bought-within-the-last-14-days 

Retail shop instore purchases have no such rights, and a return will be at the discretion of the store. EE shops don't accept device returns as a matter of course.
