Help-multi line discount

Hello,

I have just been checking my bills and I have 4 lines, 3 with multi line discount. I have noted they are not actually being deducted from the monthly amount. They show on the bill but don't deduct from the total. Has anyone else had this? And If so how did you resolve it?

If you are certain this is an issue of calculation rather than presentation, you should contact EE CS on 150.
