At renewal I was signed up for broadband which I couldn't take in the end.
So it was cancelled the day after.
My account has two sims on it. These are not getting any discount.
I want to add a third sim only, but my account is showing "ee one" discount if I try to buy it.
How do I get EE one removed please. I asked in the app chat and two agents seemed unable or unwilling to understand what I think is quite a simple question.

@Roodles if you go through to digital sales on freephone 0800 956 6042 they will be able to set you up on a normal sim only plan without the multi product discount for EE One.
