Billing Date and Price

So I recently started my EE contract and have already noticed that the bill is higher than they told me it would be, and is due to be paid a lot sooner than I anticipated, is this normal or is this a mistake on EE's side?

Hi @Cleooo.

Welcome to the community.

You would receive your first bill around 7 days after you join EE, if you pay by Direct Debit, this is usually taken 8 days after your bill is produced.

Have you been able to view a full breakdown of your bill to see the details? You can find more information on our Understanding your first mobile bill Help page.

Debbie 🙂

@Cleooo  You get billed form the time you had the device up to the date the bill was produced and then for the month ahead so it will be slightly more.      You don’t pay in arrears you pay upfront but your first bill did have arrears billing.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
