How to link my product to pay my a missed bill please

Hello, I missed the direct debit payment for my WiFi bill. Now I have created an account here but there’s no product linked to it. How do I pay?

No need to! Even if the DD fails the 1st time of asking it will be auto attempted again about 7 days later.

Welcome to the EE Community

As mentioned when a direct debit fails the first time it will try again a second time, it is only if the second attempt fails that your direct debit will be cancelled and manual payment will be needed. Our help page has information on what to do if your direct debit fails.

If you have just created a new EE online account and don't have your account linked like you mention, this help page has information on how to get it linked up so you can manage your account online.
