If it's for a home broadband account, you can find your account number in your welcome email.

What about the paperwork you received with your broadband equipment?

I've probably got it somewhere, but I've had the same equipment for about 10 years now so it could be anywhere! I'll have to phone them if I can ever through to them.

Hi all thanks for your replies it’s sorted there was a glitch on the system and it wasn’t in my app. It’s being sorted.

Have you linked your mobile number to your online account?
If not, just tap the Link a product tile in the EE app.

My mobile is not with EE. It is purely home phone and broadband.

I’ve tried this and it takes me to ‘link device’ but my mobile is already linked. When I press ‘skip’ it takes me to the home page.
