purpose, I would like to request a copy of my credit agreement, I pay quite a lot, only Smart hub plus, I would like to request a mobile phone or a SIM card, but I can't cancel it myself

@stefany19 , if you log in to your account either via the EE App or online, you can find it by clicking on manage, click on Mobile and Sim or broadband if that is what you are looking for and then scroll down, you will find documents, click on that.

If you try clearing your cookies and cache do you have the same issue?
