How to cancel a extra subscription you didn't buy

My son has managed to get game pass on my phone billing, but I can't cancel it cos it says there is no current subscriptions on my Microsoft account so I'm unsure how to cancel it

If you speak to our Mobile Care team, they'll be able to try and remove it from our side for you.
