I contacted EE for broadband early April 2024 to have a broadband contract only. I was given a monthly bill above my budget which I rejected. The sales person look at my old account of mobile phone and said I can see you are on pay as you go mobile data but I can add your mobile together with the same price if you do not mind and I said ok. Only for EE to come asking me to pay additional money for my mobile data that my bill is not inclusive of the broadband billing. I argued it and told EE that was the contract I was offered but still they never listen. I am appealing to EE to listen to the contract negotiation voice record and resolve this case as soon as possible. I have made several attempts to call EE but they never returned my calls. I wrote this complaint because I am paying EE full contract amount but they refused to give me mobile data and send me a letter that they will report me to debt recovery but before that I am ready to go to court with EE for better complaint resolution if they failed to restore my mobile data services that has been suspended.
