How do i see my mobile phone bill

I cant see my phone bill online.

It says im not the account holder which of course i am, its never been linked to anyone else.

So why am I not now the bill payer nobody else has ever paid my bill or been on my account 🤷‍♂️

Hi @AndrewBury.

You may have set your account up like this when it was first set up, but it can be corrected.

If you can set yourself as the bill payer you'll be able to see everything.

And how do I do that because I can’t get into settings as it thinks I’m not the bill payer please

If you're unable to do this in your account, you'll need to contact our Customer Care team @AndrewBury.

They'll be able to make the change for you.
