Just adding to @Northerner's advice above, we have a help page 👉 View Your Monthly EE Bill | Billing and Payments Help that explains how to view your monthly bill. This will detail all of your standard monthly charges, alongside any additional add-on costs.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.
