I clicked on manage direct debit but it said -This content is blocked. Contact the site owner to fix the issue.

Welcome to the community.

Can you try to clear the cookies and cache from your browser then login again to see if you are able to update the details?

If that still doesn't let you change it, please contact our billing guides, who can update the payment details for you.
