I have been trying to contact 150 and +447953966150 from both my EE sim and non-EE sim, but I can't reach customer service. The phone doesn't ring either. I want to cancel my contract without moving to another sim provider, but I don't know how to do it now.
You need to speak with our Mobile Care team to cancel your plan. The number that you mentioned should work from abroad. Are you able to try calling through a VoIP service, such as Skype? Chris
