Not being given the data advertised

A couple of weeks ago I upgraded my SIM only contract. I was on the TalkMobile transfer rate of £6 per month for 5GB 30day and upgraded to what I thought was 25GB for £10, 24 month contract.

Looking at it now, I'm only being given 15GB and can find no evidence of the 25GB anywhere. I wish I would had taken a screenshot now. In fact apparently this is also a 5GB plan with 10GB extra.

If you speak with our Mobile Care team on 150, they'll be able to check your account and make sure you're on the correct pack.
