My contract recently ended, and a couple of months later, I requested PAC to move to another network, which EE sent through, and my number was successfully transferred. However, I've heard literally nothing from EE. No confirmation that my account is deactivated, no confirmation that my contract is finished, no final bill via post or email, and of course everything has now disappeared from my app and online account. The PAC was the last communication I've had of any kind. I'm sure that at least they have to send a final bill, as the Direct Debit amount will be different to the usual monthly amount and they have to notify you before debiting a different amount. Do I really have to battle through a phone line and interminable security just to ask for a final bill, which they will no doubt try to charge me for? This is very weird.

Welcome to the community.
How long ago did your number transfer away? A final bill is usually produced shortly afterwards? Have you had a Direct Debit payment taken for it?

@LeedsPilgrim As you was out of contract when you requested the PAC code and you give 30 days notice which you did when you had the number ported your final bill has already been paid as you pay in advance not in arrears. If anything you might be owed money back from EE depending on when the number was ported in the 30 days you pay in advance.
