I used to be able to see up to date itemised usage on my app, until the last year or so i can only see it on my monthly bills.
Am I doing something wrong? I need to keep an up to date record of who Is phoning who and I'm struggling to keep up to date when going through a monthly Bill.

Welcome to the community.
If you speak to our Mobile Care team, they will be able to set up itemised billing for you for a small monthly fee. Then any future bills will be itemised.
