That takes me to a page to download the app. The question was "How can i look at my bill without the app". I don't want to download an app for every company I'm a customer of. I already have too many.

That link let's me look at my bill, allowances and more.
The bottom of the page suggests downloading the app, sure, but all of the info you are looking for is accessible through that link with no need to download the app.

Why is it not sent by email, I don't get why these companies make you set up an account and jump through other hoops just to see your bill.

You need to click "link device" and attach your products to your EE ID so that you can see them in there.

I realised that, but I have to verify the link using my registered phone number. The phone number that is registered doesn't match the number I gave. I can only get that changed by contacting support. When I phone support I'm on hold forever and there's no email or live chat.
