Hi i was ordered samsung s23 I don't received any information about delivery.
After I'm chat with EE now phone back to ee but why they changed my new contact when previous im was paying £18 a
Month today I'm pay £31. And on chat told me everything will be cancelled and back to previous contract.

Did you cancel your upgrade to the Samsung S23 after not hearing anything about your delivery?
If yes, was this going to be £31 per month but now you are being reverted back to your original plan which was £18 due to the upgrade being cancelled?
If yes, when did you cancel?

I was on chat and tel me everything will be back to normal bud looks like No

Hi @Piotrek33,
If your upgrade was returned to us undelivered, your plan will be reverted back to your old one when the phone is scanned back in at our warehouse. Any refunds due will be deducted from the following bill.
