I have just seen I have a bill form we from my bank but my mobile is with 3 and my broadband is with bt so why is this happening can someone help me please

Can you be more specific about what exactly this "bill from we" (which I presume means EE) is, that you've seen?

I know it will be concerning having a payment you're unaware of taken from your bank.

I'd recommend speaking with our Guides over the phone. They will be able to help look into this further for you.

Could well be a BB bill. Has BT force moved your BB to EE?

Thanks I'll do that tomorrow thanks I just understand where would they get my bank details form iv never been or Thought of singing up to ee just find it wired but thanks for ur help I'll call them tomorrow and sort it out was just not Shure if ee took over 3 or bt just got scared. That's what I hope mate or else bt has now got my details for my bank for no reason that's what's scaring me

EE hasn't taken over BT. They are both part of the same group. It's just that BT wants to move their consumer BB users to EE.
