Hi, I relocated to Australia last year and now have an Australia number and EE don't accept calls from foreign numbers it seems, which is ridiculous.
I am being sent letters back home regarding an overdue final bill, which I am happy to pay but it's incorrect and I need to speak to a human being about it. I can't call, there is no email address or chat function, so not really sure what to do.
The last letter was rather threatening in terms of mentioning debt collectors!
I log in to my account, and it now just states a message saying it's closed. I wouldn't even be able to pay it if it was correct, because the app functionality is now limited to me.
Thanks
