Hi I had an emergency as phone stuck wouldn’t open so popped to EE store got phone when I had it a day
was not what was told sent email spoke to a lady she said they would pay for half of the cost under the full
circumstances which I was and I am happy about I for got to ask how long it would be before the monies would be in my bank does anyone have an idea please

Did you send an email to the complaints team or a member of the store?
Was the refund going to be added to your EE account and once this was done refunded back to your bank account?

If you give us a call on 150, the team can check the refund has been processed for you and how long this may take to show in your bank. Usually, any refunds can take 7-10 working days 🙂

@madeline50 When you call 150 if you select option 2 rather than option 1, it will take you to the traditional audio menu to select what you need to talk to us about before being connected to a guide.
Option 1 is the option that will send you a text, if you open that link via text it will take you to our visual menu where you similarly select what you want to talk about before it connects you.
