It’s annoying can’t  pay my bill as app is still down

Welcome to the Community

Have you tried clearing the app cache, or uninstalling and reinstalling the app? 

Are you able to log in to your online account through the website?

In the mean time you can also make a payment on our Fast Payment page without having to log in. 

You can check the bill amount by texting BILL to 150

Brutal  Tried for 3 Days on app and toning them eventually got thru eventually Some hassle when I got an adviser Oh my account number was wrong which it wasn’t Oh and I certainly know my flipping name and DOB  4 Month been with them had enough especially with the app
