Getting billed for cancelled sim

  • Despite cancelling an additional sim  several times, which id taken for my sister who visited me for two months, I keep getting billed for it!
  • I've done it via email, via a conversation and via chat!
  • But keep getting billed for it
  • I don't know what else to do!
  • Anyibe with any idea of how to stop this??

Out of interest, what email address have you've sent your cancellation notice to... EE don't have a published address for CS queries.

Otherwise - when did you give your 30days disconnection notice? And has that 30day period elapsed?
