I’m having trouble trying to get my child’s mobile plan from my family plan onto theirs own account

@james_wwilkes : The current owner of the account needs to call CS with both of you available on the line to effect a change of ownership. They will need to pass a credit check. They will then be paying for their own contract. If you can't do it together CS will give the current owner a password for them to quote when they call.

@james_wwilkes If this is a contract tariff ? And you say child so I have to ask is that an under 18 ? If this person is they can not have a contract in their own name and that’s what their own account will provide. EE don’t provide contracts to under 18.
