Hello,
Since I changed my phone my EE account is closed, therefore I pay my bill on time.

Does this show as closed when you log into the EE app and EE account online?

Yes, it shows CLOSE ACCOUNT! I cannot see my bills.

No, I just bought the simcard from EE not mobile phone. Therefore I changed my phone.
