Hi I’ve paid my bill but it’s still saying I haven’t paid what can I do the money has come out of my bank

Hello @Chantw92 

Was your account suspended over an unpaid bill?  If so and you've paid then You will have to wait 24 to 48 hours for the system to catch up for it to show on your account and your services should be restored.

no my account wasn’t suspended just keeps saying my bill hasn’t been paid but it has

I think you should call EE on 150 at 8am in the morning to find out what's going on.

I believe it can take up to 24 hours to show but you can ring in morning to double check
