Fraud, new device on account.

Hi. Recently upgraded my phone for the first time using the mobile app. Had a check of direct debits this morning and two devices have been added to my  account, the one I added plus an unknown? The account has a mobile number which goes straight to answer phone. Has anyone had this problem before?

@Steve284   It would be best to speak with customer services as they can see your account. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
