I have not received any bills by email since February. Nothing on my account has changed and my email has remained the same. The only thing that has changed was a price increase at the same time the emails stopped. The bill is showing in my account and has been paid. Anybody else not receiving emails.

I never receive bills on email, mine are always sent to my account and I look on there.

Thank you. I have always received an email every month and then since February they have just stopped. everything else is ok as I can look online and see them just wondered why the emails suddenly stopped as this was not communicated to me.
