Fraud Department (VERY URGENT)

I received a shocking letter from EE today (7th December 2022) demanding to pay £91.98 on 12th December as my first bill. I never signed any contract with EE. Tried calling EE, but unfortunately, no one was able to take my call due to their issue with the system. This issue is causing a massive amount of stress and I want EE to contact me immediately and remove my name from their system as a matter of urgency.
