Data only SIM upgrades showing instead of Phone SIM only upgrades

I want to upgrade my phone SIM only plan but when I click on upgrade phone/SIM it shows me Data Sims only but I want phone SIM upgrades. Please can this be changed to show Phone SIM upgrades.

Are you doing this in the app or an online browser?

If online, can you try in another browser?

I did it on both and it's showing just the data SIM plans for my upgrade.

Did you try another browser too? Can you also try clearing your cache and cookies on your current browser?

Hi Jon,

I cleared my caches and tried using different browsers but as soon as I click on upgrade phone or SIM it takes me to the data SIM monthly plans only with options to add extras like Netflix, etc. but nothing else.

I'm not sure why this would happen.

I'd recommend getting in touch with our Customer Care team so they can check your account and help you further with this.
