Will not let me add device to account, say problem are end try later been doing that for a week

I tried that and they said it was something to do with change of system. Spent hour on phone waiting to get through 

EE is absolutely crap…I’ve spent literally  HOURS on the phone calling EE… I wouldn’t recommend EE to my worst enemy. Everything was fine when I was with BT.

I don't have my account number and so cannot reply to todays email telling me my contract is ending and setting up a new one. Any ideas? Regards,  Richard Peters. TN288HY
