Is anyone else having this issue? I am abroad and there is no online chat to representative. Clicking link to 'pay this months bill amount only' takes me back to the home page.

@mjwoods_2002 : Try using Fast Payment online to pay by UK bank card. You don't need to login or register anything. All you need is your mobile no. & it doesn't remember your card details.

Thanks for the info except it's not a mobile bill i'm trying to pay. it's my broadband/landline bill.

Thanks James, I did and it had the exact same issue - took me straight back to the home page!
It's sorted now. I phoned them and just ate the 15+ pound phone charge from the USA. Would be nice if there was a live chat option or ability to whatsApp call or text.

Try calling CS on the Freephone no. in my sig. on Skype over WiFi. It should be free.
