Fooled by EE after trade in

I have made an upgrade and buyed an Samsung galaxy Z fold 3 last year in October 2021 with trade in (samsung galaxy s20 ultra 128) and I have proofs cause my s20 ultra was received by EE.
After few days of using the new device I was needed to return it back to EE and didn’d received my old device back or refund/compensation wort than £500 in that period.
I have called for many times at customer service and everytime I was passed between EE and Likewize.
EE answers was cause they can’t give refund/compensation and to contact Likewize.
Likewize answers was same cause they don’t give refunds/compensations because their doing just recycling.
After 1 year still waiting for refund/compensation and since the phone went in for trade in. The refund was not made. Likewise have advised they have already recycled the handset and have nothing to do with any payments.
Jaye Jones asked me to send a proof of an text message cause EE received my samsung galaxy s20 ultra and because I didn’t had another phone to take a photo I have sent it an screenshot and he said cause that one isn’t a proof because can be fabricated and was supposed to call me back on 7th October 2022 and never called.
Because he didn’t called I was at an EE store and showed to them the message received for old phone and the email from Jaye Jones and then they advised me to call back at customer service and done it again (waited on the hold line and spoke with different people from uprgrade) and the last one with who I’ve done it was Jake Lawes who told me cause EE is unable to give me any refund/compensation and I asked him to send me an email where is asking me to call Likewize for this.
After I called again at Likewize the lady from there was a little bit rude with me and told the same thing cause thair doing just recycling and EE doing refunds/compensations.
However i believe EE are responsible for this action and I should get my refund.

Due to ending my contract this month I’m thinking very serious to move forward because EE is trustworthy

Allready made an complain to EE and contacted Citizen adviser for this

Emails from EE customers service was received Friday 7th October 2022 and in this morning I was at Advize citizens and they told me to raise an complaint to EE and to wait few days to see if I get any response from them.
If I will not get nothing to contact them again to continue with procedures.

Complaint was raised through complaint web form.

I have chatted with Ishika and Saksham and they told me cause my complaint was closed and ee will not gonna give me any payment for my SAMSUNG S20 ULTRA.

This is ee who try to fool a lot of people
