@DBeale   As stated there is nothing EE can do to help you locate your device.

There are apps you can use to find your phone but most are chargeable and guess what? With MFA your bank will want to send a verification code to your phone before you can make payment. Yes that's right to the phone you're trying to find

Yes it would seem so. I thought they might have a free find your phone locator on the website but sadly not

@DBeale   What device is it ?  As Apple have find your phone and I know there is an Android version of this ( don’t know what it’s called).   EE do not track a device and report it’s location as that would be a breach of privacy.   Only via a court order can this sort of information be obtained.
