Please notify our customer care team so they are able to apply the relevant blocks to your phone and SIM.
The team will also be able to help with posting your replacement SIM.

If the phone has been lost, please report this to us so no one can use this.
You would need to call us on 07953 966 150, and select the option for lost and stolen.
Our Mobile Care team will block the phone and SIM card for you.

ive left my phone in an uber
but they keep asking for a code
which they send to the phone
not helpfull when you dont have the phone
